WHAT IS NO WIN NO FEE

No Win No Fee means that if your case is unsuccessful, you do not have to pay anything.

If, however, you win your claim, MOST solicitors or claims companies WILL charge you.

Solicitors will charge you a success fee, and claims companies will take a cut of your damages, usually 25% plus VAT.

That is not how we operate.

WHAT IS NO WIN NO FEE WITH ROBERTS O'NEILL?

If your claim is unsuccessful, you will pay nothing.

With us, even if your claim is SUCCESSFUL, you will pay nothing, unless your case goes to Court.

In other words, you will keep 100% of your damages.

Our fees and expenses (for example the medical report) will be paid by the other side's insurance company.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CASE HAS TO GO TO COURT?

We will only charge a success fee if it becomes necessary to raise a court action on your behalf.

Any success fee will be fully explained to you and agreed with you in advance, and confirmed in writing. You will never be surprised by a bill from us. We will never charge you unless we have agreed it in advance.
