No Win No Fee means that if your case is unsuccessful, you do
not have to pay anything.
If, however, you win your claim, MOST solicitors or claims
companies WILL charge you.
Solicitors will charge you a success fee, and claims companies
will take a cut of your damages, usually 25% plus VAT.
That is not how we operate.
